DNS changes

For all customers experiencing DNS update issues we highly recommend using Open DNS, this is a free service and will enable you to view your sites instantly rather than having to wait for your ISP or local network DNS to be updated.

    Will emails that were sent after the failure be lost?

    Emails will have either bounced back to the sender, or they will be delivered. You should expect any un-bounced emails send in the last few days to be delayed and trickle in over the next couple of days.
